We want you to love your Skapadoro bag! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

• Returns: You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with original packaging. 
• Refunds: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
